|Great Health Care Has Come Home!
VOTO Home Care services are primarily private pay services utilizing Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Nursing services. Home Care and Private Duty Nursing may be covered by long term care insurance and health care insurance for limited conditions.
Home Care helps individuals recovering from a major illness, living with disability and chronic diseases that limit their activities of daily living. Home care provides services to maintain the independence and dignity of clients in their place of residence. Family members are assisted and supported in their roles as caregivers to sustain a viable home care program and avoid premature placement of a family member outside the home.
Licensed Home Care and Private Duty nursing services are available on a visit or hourly shift basis. In-home assessments confirm client and family needs can be met by VOTO. Services are offered according to a service plan that is regularly updated. Services are available twenty- four hours a day and seven days a week.
VOTO Home Care staff are certified or licensed with additional competency testing and skill training consistent with licensure and best practices. Home Care employees are directly supervised by VOTO Health Care. Background checks are completed on all employees prior to hire.
Services include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and shopping, companionship and specialized health care services for stable and predictable medical conditions. Specialized therapy and other services can be offered for preventive measures and to sustain functionality.
VOTO is licensed to provide Home Care services in Benton, King, Kitsap, Pierce, Skagit, Snohomish and Thurston counties in Washington. Oregon Home Care services will be developed in the same geographic areas as Home Health.
